Congratulations to all our teams who competed in our 61st Annual Middle School Basketball Tournament 🏀 We would like to say THANK YOU to all our amazing staff and volunteers who help us during these two crazy days. We couldn't do it without everyone's help. Special shoutout to our own Panthers, Dolly Power and Palm Bunpan on snagging this year's All Star Medals! We are so proud of all of our Student Athletes and their dedication to their teams 🐾

🐾ITS TOURNAMENT TIME🐾 Join us this weekend February 28th and March 1st for our 61st ANNUAL MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 🏀 Our Lady Panthers will kick off the tournament Friday February 28th at 8:00am pst. Once the games start we will try to stick to schedule HOWEVER if a game gets done sooner than expected we will roll into the next game. There will be admissions for both days: Adults $6.00 K-12 $3.00 Senior Citizens $3.00 We will have full concessions and pizza will be sold daily from 11:00am to 1:30pm (or until sold out) Good luck to all our student athletes!

🏀Our LADY LOCOS are off to districts🏀 Tomorrow February 20th 2025 or Lady Locos travel to John Day for the first round of district games. They will take on the Prairie City Panthers at 6:00pm pst Good luck tomorrow ladies!!!! 🤍🖤💛Win or lose we are so overly proud of our student athletes 💛🖤🤍

Panthers/Loco Home Basketball Games 2/14: MS girls game has been cancelled due to lack of players. MS Boys game will start at 3:30pm PST ALL LOCOMOTIVE games will continue at scheduled time. Can't wait to see you all there!!

Due to inclimate weather and road conditions we have decided to have an early release for BUS STUDENTS ONLY today February 13th 2025. BUS will depart at 1:00pm pst **Tomorrows home basketball games for both MS and HS are still scheduled to be played. IF anything changes we will post with updates. Please stay safe and warm.

Panther/Locomotives Basketball Schedule: Tuesday February 11th 2025 Panthers travel to Harper to take on the Hornets. Girls play at 3:00pm pst Boys play at 4:00pm pst. Friday February 14th 2025 **EDIT** Panthers will host the Jordan Valley Colts at home. Girls play at 2:30pm pst Boys play at 3:30pm pst Locomotives will be hosting the Jordan Valley Mustangs. Girls play at 6:00pm pst and Boys play at 7:30pm pst Saturday February 15th 2025 Locomotives will host the Dayville/Monument Tigers. JV Boys at 1:15pm pst. Lady Locos at 2:00pm pst and Boys at 3:30pm pst. This will be our SENIOR NIGHT!!! Please fill the stands and cheer on our 9 dedicated and hardworking Senior players.

**CHANGED FOR HS LOCOMOTIVES** There will be NO home game on Feb 4th as the locomotives will be traveling to Prairie City for their make up game.

For the safety of our student athletes we have decided to postpone our game today in Prairie City. We have it set for Tuesday February 4th 2025 time TBA. This means our home game against TVCA will be canceled. February 1st HOME GAME against Four Rivers is still planned to happen. Jv @ 1:15 with varsity to follow.

Due to the illnesses going around our small community and school our numbers here at Huntington Charter School with staff and students attendance have declined. Due to lack of staff and coverage we at Huntington Charter School have decided to have a School Sick Day tomorrow January 30th 2025. We will be cleaning and disinfecting the school tomorrow to help with the recovery of our students and staff. We hope this long weekend everyone will be able to get healthy and stay healthy. HS basketball game in Prairie City on Friday January 31st 2025 will still be held. HS basketball game on Saturday February 1st, 2025 against the Four Rivers Falcons is still scheduled. Jv starts at 1:15; Lady Locos start at 2:00pm and Locos to follow. We will have full concessions and baked goods auction during halftime of the boys varsity game.

Due to Mrs. Hicks being sick we are having to cancel Preschool for the rest of the week. We can't wait to see all your smiling faces next Monday February 3rd 2025.

Huntington Locomotives/Panthers Basketball Schedule: Come join us for tonight's home game against the Harper Hornets! Lady Locos game starts at 5:00pm (pst) with the boys game to follow. **Full concessions and the Senior Class baked food goods auction** Wednesday January 29th 2025 MS Panthers game has been POSTPONED until further notice. Once we have a new date we will have it posted. **UPDATE** MS PANTHERS HOME GAME HAS BEEN MOVED TO FEBRUARY 5TH 2025 AT 3/4PM PST.
